Having issues loading NPE says I have an older app and need to download the new which I can't because of the old file that I can't find. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Appreciate any and all help.

Why are you running NPE? You need to be careful as it is an aggressive utility that can be prone to false positives, and can even leave your system unbootable if you allow it to remove the wrong file.
How are you starting your NPE scan? Are you starting it from your 360 product under Security > Scans?
