Dear Madam/Sir,
I have Norton Internet Security,recently I have faced a problem in this sens that when I am going to use Norton Power Eraser scan(NPE) , Toolkit anti-malware option of the NIS scan, after re-starting the PC , it does not appear to perform the scan, and so, I must go to the Services.msc and to let it starting from there. in fact the Services.msc tells it will stopped the NEPService after using; this problem in only in normal state; in safe mode it works well, I have uninstalled and reinstalled my NIS for several times but the problem exsists, my PC is absolutely clean from any malware; I proved it with several free scan like Malwarebytes anti malware, Kaspersky free scan and Kaspersky anti Toolkit malware including that one of the Norton by remote, there was not any security probelm, also my PC is okay; I use Advanced SystemCare Pro to fix the problems of my PC, all drivers are update using Driver Booster, please, is there any proposal to help me to solve to above problem?
