Norton Premier 360 and VOIP devices

I work overseas and use a VOIP device to call my family in the U.S.A.

I recently had to renew my subscription with Norton, and took advantage of a special deal to upgrade to Norton Premier 360.

Upon installation, I started having problems with my VOIP service ("MagicJack") and now my device can't log into the server so I can make calls.

I am making the assumption that the installation of the upgraded software package had something to do with my problems, although the possibility that the local ISP is responsible is also a possibility (I work in Saudi Arabia, where many things seem to happen without explanation).

I would be most appreciative if anyone has any suggestions or solutions to my problems. Thanks in advance.
