Norton Privacy Monitor lists Most of My Important info, But gives some info from my ID Theives

Norton Privacy Monitor lists my information on 4 different sites, but that's not what I am concerned about.

It gives my CORRECT FULL NAME, CORRECT ADDRESS, and CORRECT PREVIOUS ADDRESS, and the CORRECT PHONE # that I had until 05/25/2021, when my iPhone was stolen, and immediately my entire TMobile account was taken over.  They also took over my entire identity, and have been cyberstalking me and taking over the last 30 phones I have had over the last 3 years.  I have Norton 360 Select with Lifelock, which includes Phone Take-Overs, but I can't contact Norton for assistance, because they will not let me on any of my devices.

The Privacy Monitoring all indicate the same email address, that is not ever been mine, and that I am related to a person I have never heard of.  I can't get into any of my credit reports online because my information does not match their records.  The police won't help because it involves too much.  I pay so much for Norton with Lifelock, who always says my devices are fine.  I get no phone calls and no messages from anybody important, or support of any kind, or anything related to security.  All my accounts are hacked, including Norton's which is protected by a Security key.  And I can't place a call to Norton and mention anything about security without it being disconnected.

The advice you give will be given to my email which will disappear before I get a chance to read it, from an account protected by WebAuthn.  And if someone from Norton calls- I won't get it, or if they get a voicemail- I wont receive it.

not sure this will be of any help at all or just me stating the obvious

t-mobile has had many security breaches in past few years i would say 5 or so ( estimate), all you tend to get from t-mobile is a credit monitoring and told to freeze or lock your credit reports ( they fail to accept any responsibility and fail to address there security issues)

i would get a copy of your credit report ( get 1 free copy a year ) and alert them to anything suspicious

if you put a freeze or not is something for you to decide ( pros and cons)

i would also check your bank activity for anything popping up there ( purchases or withdraws you didnt make etc..)

perhaps if need get a new debit/atm card

may also want to set up 2fa on your phone and accounts anhd change your passwords
