Hi.
I use the Norton Private Browser extension for my Microsoft Edge and all my search engines. While searching for a website for a well known hotel, the Norton search engine recommended a site for this hotel, which it identified as safe. I clicked on the website and was not able to finish setting up an account as the website just kept circling. Fast forward, it was a false sight and I have been the victim of email bombardments of several hundred emails in less than 30 minutes due to this.
Has anyone else had the Norton extension and Norton in general fail them in this way using the Norton search engine or Norton extension on Microsoft? All extensions and search engines are up to date because I check for updates daily.
What browser? version #?
What Norton extensions? version #?

Okay, it’s not a search engine, however you understood what I was going with my questions. If you are unable to help or share your experience, please move onto other community members that may appreciate your level of response or insight, please do not nitpick on my selection of terms or categorization of an item as I am not a self proclaimed ‘guru’.
No, I was confused by your query.
Caveat: I do not run Norton extensions.
I have Norton extension installed for testing…trying to reproduce user reports.
I was curious to know the website to see if Malwarebytes Browser Guard or uBlock Origin objected to the site.
