Alright, I have read other posts on this including one on this site:
I know this is a problem with Norton Internet Security. I have tried the suggestions above to no avail. I am also quite experienced with computers as well as the program itself.
The reason I know it is Norton Internet Security is because I had this problem after reformatting in December and doing a clean installation of the software and Windows. I started getting disconnects every hour or so and I looked around online and found some form of a solution, implemented it and the problem stopped.
I re-formatted my computer a couple of weeks ago and did a fresh installation again of Norton and of course it is back to the default settings and of course again this problem has been happening since.
It does not help if I put it on silent mode or even if I disable the smart firewall.
I get disconnected from the game and the internet momentarily (Literally it just kicks me off, stays disconnected from the internet for a period of maybe 10 seconds, and then the "You are connected to a shared network" box comes back up and I can relogin and continue doing anything online). This only happens when I am playing World of Warcraft.
This is generally the error message that appears in the Norton History upon a disconnect:

As you can see this process happened in a period of under 10 seconds from disconnect to back reconnected.
Again, I have configured settings in the past and stopped this from happening although I have lost the post that detailed this (It was not on this website).
Please advise as I may have to move on to another program. I do not have a network setup.
The last time this happened, after a fresh install in December, I was directly connected to a modem, in a different household with no other computers in the home nor a network or the possibility for one and I still had the same issue so I can confirm it has nothing to do with my wireless adaptor (which I was not using in December) or my modem here (which is different from the one from December)
This is 100% a Norton Internet Security issue.
Please help, thank you.
