i want to apologize in advance to the norton community if i post on the wrong place but i am just desperate to get some help.
i am a student and its my first time to come across this kind of problem. hence the files that i have is on my computer.
this is the exact thing that happend before i encountered a problem.
1. i was surfing and my browswer suddenly went "not responding"
2. i hold down the power button and windows XP started great. the PROBLEM. norton has a circle and it has a red X
3. i did live updated and it went well.
4. i clicked FIX NOW. it says"
sonar NOT FIXED
spyware NOT FIXED
email something NOT FIXED.
5. I tried turnign them ON. on the real time protection under "Settings" when i click "apply" it does click but it doesnt do anything...
i have a toshiba running on windows XP. if you have any suggestion and help please? it will be mucha appreciated.
i already scan malware and power eraser to no avail :(
