It's been over TWO WEEKS since I was told that a supervisor would call me back to answer 2 simple questions regarding redemption of rebates.
To date, nothing but has happened. I even tried contacting someone in marketing at Symantec/Norton US but was told I had to have a persons name before I could talk with someone live .
I was with a Fortune 500 company for 34 years in sales and marketing. Part of my responsibility was Cusromer Service at on time. We VALUED our loyal customers and if this would have happened to one of our loyal consumer, someone would have been reprimanded .
Obviously, Norton does not care Buyer beware
