Windows XP/SP3 - NIS 2010 upgraded to NIS2013
Initial problem NIS2013 activation issue, advised to use norton removal tool and reinstall.
Norton Removal Tool is hung a "Removing device dependancies". At this point the network is not functional (nothing connects and ipconfig returns nothing). I'm sending this message from another computer. NRT is still open. Waiting on Norton Chat agent
