Is something wrong with Symantec's Server? The Norton Removal Tool is not completing the advertised 846 KB download. It stops about half way with only 448 KB. I've tried it several times with the exact same size downloaded - 448 KB (458,752 bytes). It makes no difference if I download the one for NIS or Ghost either. In the past I've always gotten roughly 800 KB and the same one removes all Norton products, NAV, NIS, Ghost, etc. As recent as about a month ago it was around 800 KB, but that was before the NIS 2013 release I need to remove. I'm not going to try it until I can confirm it's all there.
