Norton removes a program after reinstalling it

Norton removed a program on my PC and Laptop the PC cleaner plus Sparktrust. Chat with a tech and reinstall both the program PC and Laptop and again it was remove.Anybody out there hade the same issue. Norton VER.21.7.0.11smiley
