Norton Removing Good File

I have downloaded a update file for an astronomy related program for at least 40 years and at times Norton's removes it so I have to get around it. It takes time and I'm too old for this stuff.  How can I fix it so the file does not get removed?  Look here and see what happens:  http://www.grischa-hahn.homepage.t-online.de/    Go to the Download page and follow prompts.  The web site is safe
