Norton renewal payment hasn’t been confirmed and charged by Norton

I wanted to ask about how long should I wait for the payment confirmation of my renewal Norton? I paid it to renew the antivirus and it remains pending on my bank account due Norton hasn’t charged yet, and it has to be confirmed by Norton. My antivirus is already expired. Would this represent a problem for the renewal of the antivirus? Thank you
