Norton Restore & Save - Only able to retrieve (some) files

Hi

 

New to the forums -- have spent weekends/nights literally trying to retrieve back-up date on E: to C: using Norton Restore & Save -- we have been able to retrieve some but not all the files (all picture files).

 

Documents in C: show all the files that are available - the files unavailable are highlighted in green.  When we right click to show the properties (JASC Paint Shop Pro) and moved through to recover using Recovery Points it moves us to a screen with 0 points of recovery given.  In Advanced Recovery to move from E: our options shows an error 'Error shows Recovery Points have a PQ1, V2I or IV21 extension.

 

Can anyone advise us please please !! as to what we should do - I read in here about Ghost but unsure as to what correlation this would have to the extensions listed here by Norton (PQ1, etc.).
