Hi,
Since October 20, Norton Safe Email marks emails received in the SPAM folder in my Gmail inbox in addition to my inbox.
This ability to evaluate emails received as spam suddenly stopped on the day of November 12.
If emails are no longer evaluated in the SPAM folder, is it useful to mark these emails with the label “Norton: Review” in order to report incorrectly evaluated or unevaluated emails and thus help improve the operation of the protection.
It is also mentioned that after checking your email, an email is sent to let you know that the system has been updated.
To date, I have not received any emails.
Does this mean that the SPAM file is ultimately no longer processed at all ?
Thanks
Guillaume
