Norton Safe Email does not support my email provider (Earthlink)

I took advantage of the trial period for Norton Safe Email. When I tried to set it up, I got an error message stating that it does not support my Earthlink email provider. How do I uninstall the Norton Safe Email application and stop from being charged for it?

Norton Official Support via Xtwitter/Norton... advises Norton Safe Email is provided with your Norton active subscription.

Norton Official Support via Chat...advises Norton Safe Email is a newly launched paid service, it is not free with Norton 360.
No, it is not free service and it is currently offered to the limited customers as we are testing the product.

If it does not you will need to contact Norton Support to have them cancel the subscription before the trial ends.  www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.

 

It isn't included with Norton 360. It is an add-on that cost extra.
