I have recently been receiving the message “Norton Safe Email is unable to flag emails” despite my Norton saying it has my email addresses covered. I deleted the email content and re-added it, got told I was covered, and almost immediately got the same message.
We’ve lost access to this email account
Norton Safe Email is unable to flag emails because we lost access to your email account. This could be because of a password change, IMAP deactivation, or another related issue.
To resume your email protection, open Norton Safe Email and sign in to your email account again.
