Norton Safe Email

Two weeks ago I opted for the Safe Email service only to find that I can’t add email addresses. The thing claims I already did them. It shows one account, but all the others are missing. I asked if the company could go into the server responsible for my account and clear out all the email addresses there so I could start over. the techies took control of my computer and of course no luck because the problem is on Norton’s end. So I was told to expect an email from their developer or someone who handles this. time is ticking away. I had a norton account in the past, the email addresses were then active, but the current subscription is hanging on to them. No where to I have any indication if the emails are safe or not, I have spotted many that were not being detected. It seems to me that when I subscribe, an account is made on a server, eventually next summer the subscription runs out and int he meantime I paid for something I can’t really use. I have taken all the other email accounts I have forwarding into the one account that works, why can’t this be resolved?
