Issue abstract:Norton Safe Web has falsely flagged https://caniphish.com as a phishing website.
Detailed description: Norton Safe web has falsely flagged https://caniphish.com as a phishing website and attempts to rectify this false positive using the dispute submission process have failed. All future attempts to submit a dispute are met with a “Dispute already in progress” message. CanIPhish is a cybersecurity business that specializes in Security Awareness Training and also Simulated Phishing. We have many competitors in this space (e.g. KnowBe4) who are correctly identified under the “Computer/Information Security” category.
This issue is impacting our customers who are also Norton Safe Web users. When they go to https://caniphish.com or any of our sub-domains (e.g. https://learn.caniphish.com) to complete Security Awareness Training assignments, they’re greeted with the Norton phishing website screen.
