Whenever I do a google search and the page with the websites comes up, every website displays a gray question mark next to it.
When I try to click onto the gray check marks in order to go to the Norton site, I'm either denied access or the page will not display ( as if the site is down).
I suspect it may be as problem with the Norton server/servers?
Everything else works fine...
Thanks in advance

I've received confirmation that Norton Safe Web is up and running again. The team is looking in to the cause and we'll post any more information if it becomes available.

Its working for me but I tried it yesterday and there were all sorts of problems on the site. when I tried to close it IE7 locked up, and I know it wasnt my machine because all othersite worked fine
its not working for me, i get the gray question marks on google and yahoo. and i can't load up the safeweb norton webpage. I'm guessing the servers are down again?
it was on my end i figured it out! it was working in IE and i found out it was the noscript addon in firefox. I had to remove norton.com from the whitelist and manually add safeweb.norton.com. now it works fine. for some reason it wasn't letting me add the safeweb site since norton.com was already listed.
i just checked to allow norton.com as well again when i logged onto the forums here. everything works good now.

I have IE8 and Firefox on the same machine. Until the last few days it was working on both browsers. Right now its working on IE8 correctly and no marks at all on Firefox. Are there separate Safe Web Servers for the two browsers?
