Hi

 

I've only just noticed, so not sure how long it's been for? That I'm not getting the green ticks, warning etc when using Google. I have the latest version of Norton 360. Vista and IE8. The Safe Web option is on via settings.

 

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this?

This has done the trick.

Oops! Looks like I spoke too soon.

 

Basically the first search is fine and the green ticks are there on the first page. Unfortunately when you do a next the next page does not have them.

 

Any other ideas?

Compatibility view may not work for all as the google is changing its search mechanism dynamically. Some readers reported this work-around is successful for them. You can still find the status of the site in norton toolbar, opened from google search. We're working on the issue to handle this dynamic behavior and it will be resolved soon.
