Hi there
I am hoping someone can help with a problem that we are having getting one of our websites validated as safe, we have 6 sites registered with Norton Safe web and although 5 have been validated as Safe by Norton our main business site remains untested and therefore marked in grey as 'untested" on our google ad words searches.
We have been submitting www.businessdataprospects.com for validation with Safe Web for months and it still has not been tested, I have contacted Norton by web chat, email and they still have not looked at this.
Does anyone on the forum know who we can contact at Norton so we can get this tested and marked as safe?
Your help would be appreciated.
