I have correctly placed meta tag, added code to keywords, uploaded HTML file singly, as well as all together, on several different days and occasions, confirming that they are there on my end and confirming same via your Safe Web "site dispute" page. All has been done exactly to your instructions.
A message always returns: "We are not able to verify your site ownership."
I have since removed the meta tag and HTML file and keyword code addition, since I got no reply after making "feedback" submissions to you and waiting 3 days.
I just tried again and the same problem recurs.
Please have a member of your Norton staff verify my site manually.
P.S. I added meta tag back in - so its there if you need to see it. I'll leave it there for a couple of days. Hopefully you will have verified it by then.
The Safe Web meta tag appears to be properly formatted and placed on your home page.

In the mean time, could you double check that the URL you submitted to Safe Web exactly matches your website address, letter for letter?
To be notified by email when a reply is posted, go to My Settings > Preferences and check the box for: "Automatically Subscribe Me to Topics I Participate In".
I have done everything exactly as Norton Safe Web proscribes - with meta tags, with keyword code addtion, even with HTML upload. I deleted website submission on "Site Dispute" profile and resubmitted four times. I repeated this exercise on different days, several times each day. Always the same results. Norton Safe Web simply cannot/will not verify what I can verify instantly because I run the site and house the website on my own server.
