Norton Safety Minder - Android

Recently installed Safety Minder on my child's Android phone.  I login to my online family account and I do not see any activity/logs etc...what are the steps required to have Safety Minder program on the Andriod sync up with my account so I can view the activity from my PC?

I downloaded it from Google Play Store on the phone.

 

I believe the version is 2.3.7

Do you see the Android mobile listed at Settings -> Profile online and the child is protected (in green)?

No I do not...it just says my child has not been assigned any devices

Ah, that could be the issue here.  You mentioned "...my child has not been assigned any devices..", that tells me that you haven't assigned any PC to your NOF account neither (of course, you don't have to if you don't want to)...Please check out the link below on how to setup the program on Android phone.
