I was using Norton 360, my subscription ended. I bought a new one, and it said it had a problem installing because of norton safety minder. So it said to delete it manually. So I went and tried to delete the folder, it said I wasn't adminstrator when I was, so I couldn't delete it. Now I wasted my money on buying norton 360 again and I can't use it because of the safety minder that doesn't uninstall/delete. On top of that I didn't get the same norton 360 I had the first time, it was some norton that looked like it was old and outdated. You really need to address the issue of not being able to unistall this safety minder. Especially the problem about it not being able to be deleted because of this administrator deal. Im getting very very frustrated.
