Norton Safety Minder Disabled

I’m using Windows 7 Home Premium, Norton Safety Minder (2.1.0.52) and my daughter is using Firefox 5.0

Although I’ve set a time limit of 2 hrs on the computer everyday, she can just “bust” it by clicking on the “cancel” button every time the Reminder comes on. Then she can continue to use. This happen despite the fact that I have set the instruction to automatically shut down her usage.

Please help.
