Norton Scan context menu for 3rd party file managers

Last year's NIS version (2014 - 21.0) removed this useful feature which resulted in missing context menu (Norton Scan & File Insight) in 3rd party file managers, like Total Commander.

Other AV vendors like Malwarebytes and SuperAntispyware offer a context menu, but why Norton doesn't?

 

Could this be reinstated in the 2015 products?
