Norton Scan Scheduling Wakes Computer

My system kept waking during the night and I traced the source to: NT task\remediation\antimalwaremigrationtask.  After discussion with one Norton technician (who insisted that NAV could not wake the computer), we changed Settings/Task Scheduling/Scheduling Tab from "Automatic (recommended)" to "Manual Scheduling".  I ensured that the Norton icon in the task bar tray was visible and will double-click on the icon when the green check mark changes to a red exclamation mark to fix any issues.  THIS WORKED.  The computer no longer wakes due to this source.  I chatted with a second technician to request that NAV programmers fix the waking issue so that the scheduling can be returned to "Automatic" and then close out the case but this tech also insisted that NAV could not wake the computer, all evidence to the contrary.
