I have been subscribed to Norton™ 360 with LifeLock™ Select for several years on a automatic renewal. My question is in regards to the Norton Screen Care subscription. I had originally registered a cell phone I had at that time which more than a year ago. I since had to get a new phone. I have searched to somehow register my new phone (android galaxy 23), but I have not found the correct way to do so. I did download the Norton Device Care app. I was able to sign in successfully but it does not show any protected devices. When I sign into my account through mynorton.com it shows an active subscription for my old phone which renewed on 02/14/25. In the app I am only allowed to register a new device though "Protect More Devices" button thus creating an new subscription of which a fee is required. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Norton Device Care app several times with no resolve. Finding no answers, I registered with and was granted permission to call Customer Care. While on hold for one hour and without speaking to anyone the attempted contact was disconnected by Norton, it must of timed out. How do I cancel my previous phone and register my new phone? Thank you for any help.
The included screen care protection is for one device at no additional cost. For any additional devices you need to pay for the protection.

It sounds like you are trying to replace your old phone for the screen protection. If you cannot see any links in your Norton Account where you can manage the device for Screen Care where you can delete a device, you can try contacting Norton Support and asking them to help. www.norton.com/contactcs If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
