As of these past few months, I am now among those who are experiencing a Connection Error when attempting to turn on the Secure VPN. I have a Lenovo desktop PC and an HP laptop PC, each with Window 10 Pro, version 2004, similar apps on both PCs. Connecting to the Secure VPN works perfectly on the HP Laptop. However, when clicking on the Secure VPN Turn On button on the Desktop PC...the result is Connection Error? Secure VPN has experienced a connection failure. Please try again later.
I have repeatedly tried again later, for several months, with no luck. Therefore, I uninstalled Norton 360 from my Desktop (saving personal settings), then reinstalled Norton 360. The reinstallation of Norton 360 did NOT fix the problem. Connection Error still appears when clicking on the Secure VPN Turn On button.
Reviewing Postings from other Norton 360 users confirms that I am not the only one with this problem. In addition, recommended solutions did NOT fix the problem. All Norton Community would be surprised that a Live Chat also made on August 22, 2020 with Vinit Saxena but not succeeded. Norton 360 has a problem for at least a few of us those Postings indicate Norton Support Services cannot fix when clients contact Norton for help. We are NOT getting what we have paid for.
So much so, remote access also given to the Norton Technical Resource but VPN Issue is not resolved. We understand that Norton Technical Team is not capable for providing the support to the Customers.
In the light of above, I am now planning to shift from Norton Life Lock 360 Premium to another Software, which can provide better security than Norton can.

Cannot connect to any website when I turn on Norton Vpn. Norton support does not have any suggestion on how to fix this. Dies anyone know? Should I disable Norton Firewall, or add new rule with Tcp and Udp ports? It seems others face the smell issue also

Facing major issues connecting to and website after activating Norton Vp on Windows 10 laptop. On 20 Dec, I purchased Norton360 with Secure VPN. I have to manually Turn On the vpn, it is Turned Off initially. After that, I cannot connect to any website. Get network connection error. I can connect to website only if Vpn is turned off. I rebooted router twice. After turning on Vpn. my browser and sometimes my system freezes. Norton support is clueless, not a single suggestion

[...] After the device driver installation is complete, you can start Norton and turn on Secure VPN.
The above steps worked for me. I hope it will also help others in rectification of the Secure VPN Issue.
