So I am trying to install my Norton Secure VPN on a new PC I just purchased with Windows 11 installed and when I provide it with Product key it gave me a message saying (We are unable to process your request at this time. Try again later. (-15)) . What should I do to get it work? It been few months like this!

I followed the instructions, but it reinstall everything, I had to reopen VPN and it asked me re enter the product key and again, error (-15), tried to contact Norton support, couldn’t reach out to them, no answer or error occur and I am from Canada

I called them and apparently it was something to do with the package arrangement. Anyhow, it worked. Thank you for your help bjm
