15 days ago I bought Norton Deluxe.
As a result, after activating the license, I saw that “Norton Security Deluxe” is displayed on my panel.
Are Security Deluxe and 360 Deluxe similar? If so, then, as I understand, my subscription should have parental control. But for some reason, Parental Control appears in the Norton Family trial subscription and writes that there are 19 days left until the end of the subscription. Although I have a 3 year subscription.

Thanks for the feedback and follow-up.

I upgraded to premium and now everything works fine.
Here he writes that I can upgrade to premium for free, but I will get only 1 year, instead of 3 years.
And why do I get a trial license if it should be absent on Norton 360?
We don’t offer a free trial to Norton 360 just yet, but we do have a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee for annual memberships. Run our software through its paces for up to 60 days, and simply contact us within 60 days for full refund on annual memberships. *
And here it is reported that in deluxe there is no Norton Family.
Either they did not update the information, or I don’t understand anything at all.
I have no such screen, as you have shown. In Norton Security there is only such a tab where there is a redirect to the My Norton Family page, where you can download Norton Family for windows.
Is it absolutely normal that I have written on my phone in Norton Family, is there 28 days left?
Hello. Norton Security Deluxe does indeed include parental controls. The NEWER N360 product has those settings available in the area as shown in my screenshot below.
Your screenshot shows a separate Norton Family subscription expiring which is separate from the Norton Security Deluxe subscription. One will not carry over into the other. Hope that helps.
