I have Norton Security Deluxe with 5 ports. Two of these are to be used for ZTE cellphones which are 'twinned' in our cellphone contract. Both devices show up with the same device name when linked to wifi (eg in the car). I loaded Norton Security onto one cellphone, and renamed it in my Norton subscription page, but it still shows up as the original device name. When I tried to load Norton Security onto the second cellphone (using a link from the original download email, sent to the email address relating to the second phone) it said the software was already loaded. It is loaded on one ZTE phone but not the second one. How do I get the software to recognise that the second cellphone is separate from the first cellphone?
Just go to the Google Play Store on your phone and install the Norton Security and Anti Virus app. Then tap on the 3 bars at the top left of the app and then Sign In to your Norton Account. Then after logging into your Norton Account, you should be able to change the name of the second device.
