I am using Norton Security. I know that the new version of NORTON was released a few months ago with a new graphical interface for the product.
I would like to know why this update has not yet arrived for my product and the image of my product is still like this.

I made a post more than 1 month and 15 days ago, and no one was able to respond, it’s incredible how people here have no information.
That’s why people are preferring Avast. because the forum there is a lot more communicative people and experienced people on the subject.
There people respond quickly to any questions, and here I am spending almost 2 months without an answer to a simple question.
Anyway, I’m going to migrate to Avast since I’m not getting any response.
I’m waiting to finish my subscription to migrate to Avast.

afaik ~ v24 remains phased release.
fwiw ~ I first received v24 by pulling new installer from my Norton account.
Did you try pulling new installer from your Norton account?

Uninstall the app from the computer and download the latest installation file from Norton official website. This is a proven way to keep software updated.
