I have a MS SurfacePro 3 with Norton Security installed. The Identity Safe function works fine in Internet Explorer or Firefox when I'm in Windows 7 mode. However, when I'm in Windows 8 [actually 8.1] mode I can't seem to find Identity Safe, nor does it seem to function [as I can't find it].
How can I find/open Identity Safe when I'm in Windows 8 format?
