Norton Security on my Galaxy

I am using Norton Security Identity Safe on 2 laptops and a Galaxy S4 phone. I have NOT selected a cloud vault. Using Identity Safe on my S4 connected to my local network with my 2 computers, I can log into Identity Safe, but I receive a message "There was some problem syncing the data. Please logout and login again to sync the data."

This message appears every time I login to Identity Safe on my S4. I have rebooted the phone. No change. No indication of a problem on either PC (Win 8.1 & Win 7 SP1)

How do I resolve this?
