Anyone else having this problem?
I was running NS Deluxe for 5 devices until this morning when I noticed the "FREE" upgrade to NS Premium, after running the upgrade install I had numerous failures with "items" on the graphical interface having no response.
Very hard to locate a forum thread on this subject, when I did find the thread I had to follow the procedure multiple times to get Norton Version 22.9.1.12 to appear to function normally, (still not convinced that it is 100%)
Unable to launch Norton from the task bar and the "Install folder" shows as "Empty"
After running NRnR (Norton Remove and Reinstall) more than twice and running "Update" 3 times all the patches and updates now appear to be working!
More than 4 hours of downtime due too the patches and rebooting process having to run multiple times!
