I currently have Norton Security Premium 10 devices window 10.

How can I tell which version to buy since I cannot find the exact name I currently have (360 or ???) ?

You can determine which product you currently have by logging into your "My Norton Account" at  https://my.norton.com  Then mouse over the icon in the upper right corner, next to your name, and selecting "My Subscriptions".

You should be able to see which product version you have there, but you can also click on your "Order History" to see more details as well.

Names and plans and pricing are very confusing I think. I am not sure if this will help you but you can take a look.

Has Norton fixed the power eraser tool yet. I have never been able to scan for root kits. I have tried on a brand new, out of the box IBM K series desktop and same results. (ambiguous error code that does not tell me why it failed). This time I am not going to include details because I have worked with support, and tried suggested solutions. Nothing gets this tool to complete.

Question: Has anyone been able to get power eraser to work?

Hi, DaveyDaver. Are you sure the email came from a genuine Norton source ?

Did they say WHY you'd been upgraded ?

There are different versions of Norton and depending on where you live, how many devices are covered.

A bit more information would help. What version are you currently running ?

The latest is V22.9.0.68 which is being progressivley rolled out.
