Windows XP (I know, join the 21st century), running firefox, Norton security - everything runs fine - paid subscription up - renew ($$) and after the update, Firefox, Outlook won't start - no error message, just don't start. Run autofix, re-install etc nothing works. Un-install Norton, everything works fine again - re-install, nothing works.
VERY frustrating for a paid product! Searching through the various topics, I see I'm not the first this has happened to, I just haven't seen a reliable solution mentioned - thoughts anyone?
