Three times this week, I've had to make service calls to elderly folk who couldn't figure out how they got this, or how to get rid of it. I felt very badly charging them for Malware that was instituted by a known, and now very less respected company. I hope it's not long before other Security Software companies issue automated removal tools.

PS. Casual computer users are scared of regedit, Symantic/Norton get a clue. Didn't we just read about this being done in China? A SECURITY company creating a virus to sell there Security Software? Look it up on your favorite search engine.
