My version was changed last year without notification from 360 Security Deluxe to a lower version named Premium. I experienced many problems with this version which I am not going to describe. My question is specific as to why Norton degraded my version? I have been a Norton subscriber since 2011 but will not continue past my current expiration date of May 2025. I thought that the Deluxe version had been discontinued but Amazon is advertising a 2025 version. Why was my account changed midterm?

I am in Florida, USA and I do not care about the 10 devices feature. I have 3 only. My question was specific, why was the program changed to a lower priced version? I also had the Deluxe version for the past 10 years or at least since its first release.
