Norton Server Down

Norton crashed weeks ago. I have scheduled a call back from a senior team 8 times for help....No one ever calls. I purchased the Ultimate Help Desk, still no help.  

Someone keeps closing my case#, though it should still be active as I have had NO solution or assistance from Norton.  Every time I call, I am on hold for at least 2 hours.

Can someone tell me what is going on?
