Norton should pull the contract from SupportBay

Dear Norton,

I would highly recommend pulling the support contract from SupportBay.  SupportBay agent "Michelle" in chat today was unable to provide any assistance a web link to get a second copy of Norton working on separate PC, when I asked to speak to a supervisor all I got was a run around.  When their agents can't even provide a web link or instruction on how to download a second copy, when I takes more of my time contacting customer support then it would figure it out for myself - they are failing you and dragging your companies down with the ignorance and lack of concern for the customer.

Make your support agents actual Norton employees, who actually care if your customers are being taken care of, because clearly SupportBay employees doesn't.

 

Sincerely - if I have to deal with them in the future, regardless of how much I like Norton, I'll end up going with another option with support that can actually give the customer information, and assistance.
