We are licensed for Norton Small Business for our 5+ business Windows computers.
Latest laptop has an ARM processor and we cannot install this version currently. Norton support advise a new ARM version will be released shortly and to wait until then.
Does anyone have a timeframe for this or a link where we can check new versions release details?
Hello Rachel. What is the OS installed on these devices? What version Norton are you attempting to install? 24.xxx or 22.xxx ?

Forgot to answer about a release time for a newer version. That is TBD, I do not work for Norton and don’t have any direct answer to that question. We Guru’s aren’t privy to that sort of thing.
