Hello. I recently noticed that the Smart Firewall is stucking sKYPE. Trying to turn it off, Skype worked. How do I set up programs that can connect to the internet?
Hi ComelMicu,
The Smart Firewall should automatically allow Skype internet access. If something is not quite right, you may need to let the firewall recreate rules for Skype. To do this, quit Skype and open Norton Settings. Click Network > Smart Firewall > Program Control Configure [+]. In the Program Control list, scroll down and click on Skype to highlight the entry. Click Remove > Apply > OK. When you restart Skype. the firewall will automatically recreate rules for the program and you should find that Skype is able to connect out.
