@Julie777 Are you referencing my last post? Norton Software Analyzer is a Norton Service the protects identity against cyber crime. The process you posted, nllbiDSAgent is found in Windows Services. It CANNOT be disabled. It will run at random times regardless of settings. FWIW. My initial reference is also about software updater, the two are inter related.
