In my case I found this happen when I run Claude code, and it still runs even if I close Claude code, also Norton support was useless, they just reinstall it couple of times and said I don’t have any problem, it’s normal.
Taking 4 threads with 100% usage of the CPU, and 2GB of the ram they consider normal
