Norton Software Updater and it does not find program updates

Hi! I am running Norton Software Updater and it does not find program updates even when updates are available. I check for program updates through automatic program update and updates are available. What is the reason? How to solve this problem? My program :Norton 360 22.24.7.8,Windows 10 22H2 19045.4780

Not all programs are supported by Software Updater. To know the supported list of programs, see List of programs supported by Software Updater.

Note: as I recall, old Community had similar messages - that Software Updater missed some updates

Caveat: I do not run Software Updater

I have the same issue. Specifically, Zoom Workplace is installed as Version: 6.6.11 (23272). Norton lists the latest version as 6.6.11. The Zoom website (https://zoom.us/download) lists Version 6.7.2 (26346). Patch My PC has listed 6.7.2 for a week or more. Please determine if there is an issue checking this application.

I find Norton Software Updater very weak; it doesn’t contain many programs to update, only a few. I think its update database is very limited.

I find it funny that the Software Updater in Norton 360 does not include updates for Norton Private Bowser.

Not only that, but there’s also a long list of programs that are not supported by Norton, and the database is very difficult to update.
