I've tried running computer scans and twice now norton has gotten stuck on different files in the d (recovery drive) for over an hour, scanning them without making any progress. Norton refuses to shut down, at all, even with the task manager (on which it does not appear) I don't know if this is some sort of malware or if norton itself is just messed up.
The reccomended Norton power eraser will not run, even though i'm on the administrative account for the computer and run the program as an admin.
