Norton Subscription

Issue abstract:

Detailed description: I cancelled my automatic renewal for Norton 360 Deluxe last year but they have sent an e mail saying it will be renewed for £89.99! I am unable to contact them as they describe as each time I try I get Zero Size Object error saying server temporarily unavailable - this is the third day the same error message has appeared. Is this deliberate do you think?

If you are using a VPN or ad blocker extensions when trying to access the Support site, try disabling them and try again.

Thank you for your suggestion. I am not using either of these. Still unable to connect to any form of Norton Help. Have contacted my bank to try and get the automatic renewal stopped. Its a shame Norton do this to everyone at renewal as the product is fine. It is just sharp practice. I will be looking for an alternative to them.
